About the role
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our Retail Catering team in our Anfield Stadium concourse kiosks as a Till Operator.
Our concourse kiosks serve over 45,000 guests. In this extremely fast-paced environment, this role includes working on a till, taking and serving guest orders and taking card payments.
What will you be doing?
- Working on our stadium concourse kiosk tills, taking customer orders.
- Serving food and beverages items to our guests.
- Working on average, 6-hour long shifts on a casual basis.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy working area throughout every shift.
- Maintain a fast-paced service experience 2 hours before and throughout the football match/ event.
- Provide excellent customer service to our visitors, providing full product knowledge of our menu that is on offer.
- Take instruction from your senior team members to ensure proper stock management/rotation and replenishment.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer service and can work well within a team. This role is fast-paced and will involve taking customer orders via a till and working with food and alcoholic beverages.
Previous experience operating tills is not essential, as full training will be provided. However, till operating experience would be beneficial.
In roles which require serving alcohol, we can only accept candidates aged 18 or over.
